Need some help with workout program; anyone?

Ok so i have been seriously lifting for about 4-5 months and have been doing each muscle group twice a week..like so..

mon - chest shoulder tris
tues - legs
wed - back, bis, forarms
thurs - off
fri - chest shoulders tris
sat - legs
sunday - back, bis, forarms



however, I need to take some time off because I am engaged and work schedule....


THE DAYS I CAN GO TO THE GYM

Mon
Tues
Wed
Thurs
Sat


What is the best routine for a 5 days like that? I would prefer 2x a week per muscle group but not sure that will work out

Something like this fits your parameters and has worked for me. Basically you do each body part twice and work in some high-intensity cardio four times a week. Nothing gets worked two days in a row, and there is still enough volume to make gains.

Monday:
Squat
Hack Squat or Leg Extension
SL Deadlift
Leg Curl
Seated Calf Raise
Standing Calf Raise
15 Min Cardio

Tuesday:
Chinup
T-Bar Row
Biceps Curl
Weighted Situp
Leg Raises
Forearm/Wrist Curls
15 Min Cardio

Wednesday:
Military Press
Incline Bench Press
Dips
Skullcrushers
Lateral Fly
Cable Crossovers
15 Min Cardio

Thursday:
Squat
Hack Squat or Leg Extension
SL Deadlift
Leg Curl
Seated Calf Raise
Standing Calf Raise
Weighted Situp
15 Min Cardio

Saturday:
Military Press
Incline Bench Press
Dips
Skullcrushers
Lateral Fly
Chinup
T-Bar Row
Biceps Curls
