Need some help with workout program; anyone?
Ok so i have been seriously lifting for about 4-5 months and have been doing each muscle group twice a week..like so..
mon - chest shoulder tris
tues - legs
wed - back, bis, forarms
thurs - off
fri - chest shoulders tris
sat - legs
sunday - back, bis, forarms
however, I need to take some time off because I am engaged and work schedule....
THE DAYS I CAN GO TO THE GYM
Mon
Tues
Wed
Thurs
Sat
What is the best routine for a 5 days like that? I would prefer 2x a week per muscle group but not sure that will work out
