I have only been lifting for about three months and I really want to train legs. But the past month my right knee has had a knotting pain in the front of it. Even when I rest it, it still hurts. I have not done legs in about two weeks, but I have done a ton of walking. It still hurts! I am afraid I have squatted wrong, but my form
seems fine. My grandpa just had knee sugary and I think I might just have genes. What should I do?
