arms day whats order is better
hey guys just wonder when I am doing my arms well when I am on a routine that requires a arm day I usualy will do like one ticept excerise then biceps and back and forth through the workout, My question is whats its better this way or like just do all my sets of biceps then do triceps or does it matter?

do one until the muscle is pumped, then start alternating. That's what works for me.

i do triceps then biceps because doing CGBP after biceps is impossible to pumped to go all the way down lol

i eliminate this problem by giving both their own day. but as for which ones first, i'd go with the muscle that needs more work.

I personally super-set bi's/tri's on arm day.

I personally do not do an "arm day"
I like movements, not body parts.

I always work biggest muscle group to smallest
so I always do triceps first, unless Im supersetting, even then, I start with triceps

personally i like supersetting. saves time, keeps the elbow warmed up (tri exercises put some strain on it), and i think it helps with hypertrophy.

I used to do tri's first, but I found for me, I keep a better pump in my bi's doing them first. To each his own...
