My Info:- Prevouis X-Factor experence - Yes, finished around October
- Goals - Add Lean Mass, and get as close to 200lb as possible
- Weight - 180lbs as of 3-3-08
- Height - 5'11''
- With this log I want to gauge my strenght, and overall gains! Last time I didnt log my cycle, and I feel that I will get better results by having a written record
Diet
Workout DaysNote! **I keep track of my diet by servings. So my total calories are a bit higher than this! I will adjust my intake as this log goes on! - Meal 2 - 80gr Carbs 42gr Protein 10gr Fat = 588
- Meal 3 - 60gr Carbs 35gr Protein 15gr Fat = 515
- Meal 4 - 30gr Carbs 35gr Protein 15gr Fat = 395
- Meal 5 - 30gr Carbs 35gr Protein 15gr Fat = 395
- Meal 6- --gr Carbs 42gr Protein 15gr Fat = 330
Total = Carbs (310gr) Protein (259) Fat (80)
Total Calories = ~ 2986 Workout nutrition:1-2 Scoops GlycerGrow + Green Magnititude / During 2-3 scoops of Xtend // Post Workout = 1 scoop of I Pro(~23gr Protein), 30 WMS, 6gr L-Leucine, 1 scoop Xtend

Training Program
I am currently using the P/RR/S training style!
My Split - Mon -Legs/Calves
- Tues -Chest/Shoulders + Abs
- Wed - Off/Cardio + (Abs/core?)
- Thurs- Back/Traps + Calves
- Fri - Off/Cardio
- Sat -Arms + Abs
- Sun - Off/Cardio
I will take either Friday off or Sunday off depending on when I do my Cardio
]Detailed Diet
I wanted to post up my diet in detail! This is a good outline of how it usually is.
Water Intake = 1-1.5 gallon
Meal 1 1 X-Factor, 1 Yellow Gold, 1 Now Adam - 4-5oz Non Fat Yogurt
- 1 whole egg
- 5gr coconut oil
- 2oz lean meat
- ~ 15gr of whey protein
- 4oz mixed Berries
Preworkout - 1 scoop Green Mag +1-2 Scoop GlycerGrow (45-1hr before) (Stim) (20-30min before)
During workout - 2-3 scoops of Xtend
[b]Post Workout - Shake
Meal 2 1 X-Factor, 1 Yellow Gold, 1 Digestive Enzyme - 4-5oz lean meat (chicken, tuna,etc.)
- 10gr peanut butter (~5gr Fat)
- 1 whole Egg
- Green Veggies
- 6oz low cal. yogurt
Meal 3 1 X-Factor, 1 Yellow Gold, 1 Digestive Enzyme - 3oz Lean Meat
- 2 whole eggs
- Green veggies
Meal 4 1 Now Adam - 3oz Lean Meat
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 oz Avocado
- Green Veggies
Meal 5 1 X-Factor, 1 Digestive Enzyme - 3oz Lean Meat or 4oz
- 2 whole eggs
- 1oz Avocado or Almonds
- Green Veggies
Meal 6 - 1 scoop Muscle Milk [currently use light]
- 10gr Peanut Butter
** I also use mustard and canned tomato sauce on my lean meat, and I put cinnamin and coca powder on my sweet potatos **Off Days - Same meals just lower portions following meal guidelines I posted!
** Tue/Thur = school - I will have a protein shake instead of one of my meals (still same macros)
**Fri/ Weekend = work - Protein shake on Friday for meal 2 (still same Macros

Wow, detailed layout my man! I am subbed! Looking to use these myself. I have some XF starting in May with SizeOn. I will probably consider running Mass FX and XF next time if this all works well for you.

Alright! I started X-Factor on Monday, but I am going to start logging my workouts on here starting tomorrow. Today was an Off/Cardio day.

Today I didnt want to get out of bed! I wasnt feeling 100%, but I managed to have a fairly successfull workout! I plan on getting Extra sleep tonight! I havent really had to bad DOMS, but I have a feeling tomorrow I will be sore.

Nice numbers on the deads! Deadlifts are by far the funnest thing to push yourself on, just so raw. I accidentally grunt when doing them alot, hahaha. PR must feel nice

Just wanted to update this log! This morning I woke up feeling like crap. I thought that I would be able to shrug it off and continue taking X-Factor (big mistake). After Two caps today my head felt like it was going to Explode. So I have been sleeping off and on all day, drinking loads of water and herbal/green tea in hopes of beating this illness ASAP! I have only took 4.5 days worth so I think that I will be ok to restart my cycle! If not I will just get another bottle.
