What time of the day/night do you workout at?

Push harder
I usually workout in the evenings, between 7:30 and 9 pm. It gives me time to get home from work and get some things done, and by that time the gym is usually more empty than if I go right after work.
Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.

I usually get there between 7 and 7:30 PM on weekdays since I have a long commute home from work. On weekend it depends on my demo schedule and what time I awake from my coma.

I'm at the gym by 5:15-5:30 am every week day and usually by 9 am on Saturdays. Sundays are off.

If I'm working I'll be there around 5:30. Not working around 2:00. Weekends it just depends.

Either 1pm if I'm at school or 5pm if I go home to do it. Sometimes if it's too busy I'll go later, like 7, but never later than that, I have to get up early :P

I usually lift weights at 5:00 AM and ending at around 6:00 AM. Then I go to school at 8:00 AM. Within those two hours I prepare my meals, go on the computer, and do other activities.

During the week I go after class, usually 3 or 4 in the afternoon. On the weekends, I'm an early bird so around 8 or 9 in the morning.

I work the midnight shift, so I usually hit the gym when I get off either 7 or 8 am

On work days, I workout from 3:30 am- 4:45 am (work is from 6 am to 7:30 pm)
On days off, about 4:30 or 5:00 until 6:30 or 7:00 am. I know it sounds crazy but it really wakes me up and gives me energy for the day.

I wish we had 24hr gyms in Australia There is a whole one in Sydney, and its a BIG city!
I am up at 4:55am, in the gym at 6am.

What she said! No 24 hour gyms in NZ, earliest opening is 6AM, so my schedule is up at 5:07am in the gym at 6am

I'm lifting usually between 5:00am-6:00am - slightly later on the weekends. On the days I have both lifting and cardio work, I do my cardio around 3:45pm-ish. I am absolutely envious of all you girls who have the energy for exercise after 6pm - I'm usually dragging tail by then...

I workout around 10:30 in the morning each day...I like it then because it's busy enough to have motivational energy around but it's not insane. My gym is crowded at nights when I work there, from 4-8pm.
