-Cable curls: 125x15, 140x15, 155x12
-Close-grip bench press: 225x15, 315x10 PR!, 350x5 PR!
I've only done 3 sets for triceps but they were blasted pretty hard with the 300+ pounds close-grip... anyway I'll do more for them in my chest training, that's for sure!

Thanks guys! was pretty happy with that there was like 6-7 kids watching and I've heard that I had no credits because I surely was on juice, but I honestly don't care... didn't want to argue with them, they can think whatever they want, really

Thanks Big, it's been a while! Still have act. x / retain II / SERMs on hand, but really wanna test POST cycle support (Stoked!) combined with Cycle support, we'll see how it goes but feedback are great... and I'm feeling GREAT on it so far, best part is libido love it!

bw: 249 pounds
Quad training:
Leg-extensions: 80x20, 95x20, 110x20, 125x15, 140x15
Leg-Press: 450x15, 630x15, 810x12, 990x12, 1170x12, 1350x8, 1440x6
Rev. Hack-Squat: 180x20, 180x20, 270x15
Standing calf raises: 3x25
Seated calf raises: 2x failure
I'll be training hamstrings tomorrow after delts...
Quads were pumped as hell, no pain in my knee, but I'm using knee straps on my 2 heaviest leg-press sets...
Quads are getting better, better separation, more sweep... but I know it will be hard to bring em to their full potential without squatting my a55 off, but I wanna make sure my knees are strong enough before trying heavy weight on those... next week I'll do some after my leg-extensions, starting really light and going up to maybe 250max, then I'll work my way up from there.
Libido is still up
acne is the same, not better, not worse (some zits on chest/delts/backs)
stretch marks are darker... good sign
I'm leaning a bit, so I'll take it! (yeah, even on 4800 cals...)

update
bw this morning: 250.8
BW is starting ton increase a bit, but I still seem to have lost a bit of bf!
Strenght is up, libido is up, endurance is increasing a bit, shape is better than 2 weeks ago... more muscle separation, fullness, hardness.. love it so far! I know this is a compound relatively dry, but right now I'm dry as hell... I'm almost sure Post cycle support plays a role in that, but still too early in the cycle to comment. Still 5 pounds in 10 days is awesome.
I'm gonna blast hamstrings/calves tonight. Short training, but will probably do some forearms/grip work also...

bw: 250pounds (+5)
short workout:
flat bench press: 135x20, 225x15, 315x8, 365x4
incline db press: 80x15, 110x12, 120x8
bw dips: 2x20
cable crossovers: 4 sets to failure (between 25-40 reps)
I was a bit disappointed with my bench press since I'm now stronger on close-grip than on regular chest press... did 315x10 easily on close grip and struggled to do 9 reps on the wider grip press... there's a problem somewhere!
In fact I focused on triceps and back in the past 6-7 months to bring up my bench press since my goal is to get a national record in the 252-275lbs junior class next november... its now time to get back to bench press!
-Libido is through the roof
-muscle fullness is up
-vascularity is up
-appetite is up
-mood is very good...

Kinda hard to tell, designer steroids usually increase my appetite yeah, but its definately way more noticeable since I started taking POST cycle support, about 5 days into the cycle...
I ate a 12'' subway with a shake at 12:30 and 2 hours after I'm really hungry... growth time I guess

Sorry guys I haven't posted since last Friday morning since I was back home and no CPU.
Today was an OFF day, awesome arm training yesterday in my hometown's gym!
The pump was incredible and I see new veins on forearms on brachialis, awesome!!
I'll update tomorrow with my 2week mark stats, the only thing I know its that I've gained 1/4'' on my arms in the past 8 days... a bit of water for sure, but still I love that
Appetite is through the roof, plus I added 2000mcg methyl B12 ED... man that's unbelievable! I can't stop eating!!! I'll be careful not to put on too much bf, I try to eat as clean as possible...
Still taking my cycle support/POST cycle support, my BP is okay, I'm feeling GREAT, great mood, great libido and I'm feeling no sides whatsover. Even acne is almost gone... couldn't ask for something better right now.
So far methyl E seems to be a GREAT cutting/recomping agent, but a bit weak to gain pure mass. I knew that from the start and I'm not saying I would've gone with another compound, just that I feel that if what you want is lots of mass in a relatively short period of time, there are plenty of other compounds out there that will help you reach your goals.
Changes in the mirror aren't as quick as I'd like them to be, but never they are anyway... I prefer to add 1 lean pound here and there than gaining ****load of weight, most part being water/bf. To each its own

2 week mark update
since day 01:
bw: 252 (+7lbs)
waist: 35 1/2'' (-3/4'')
arms: 18 1/2'' (+3/8'')
forearms: 14 3/4'' (no change)
thighs: 28 1/4'' (-1/4'')
calves: 18 1/4'' (+1/4'')
pretty happy about that
No sides so far.
Appetite is increasing everyday, it's getting ridiculous
Strenght, muscle fullness and pumps are UP!!!
Libido is way higher than normal, sperm count too and I'm pretty sure POST cycle support taken while ON plays a big role in that...
BP is normal
Mood is great! No lethargy, that's a big difference compared with havoc.. is it cycle support? Post cycle support? just the compound? I don't know, but I'm feeling WAY better than I did on Havoc, while gaining at about the same pace...
Even though I'm feeling great, I don't wanna put extra stress on my body so its why I'll stick with the planned 30/30/30/40/40/40mg instead of bumping to 50 or higher for the last 2 weeks.

Sleep has been GREAT!!! I'm falling asleep within minutes of lying on my bed and my dreams have been crazy/vivid for the past 2 weeks! Thanks for pointing this out, it is one thing I had forget to mention in my previous updates! Glad to know STOKED! is working great for you too bro! Ok so as promised, there you go for a full update of the past 10 days or so...
BW=251 SOLID, with less fat than at the beginning that's for sure. so I went from 242.5 to 251 while losing bf... no need to comment much I think
Cycle: Methyl E 30/30/30/40/40/40, currently taking 40mg ED
Diet was almost the same everyday:
Breakfast:
-100g oats
-2 slice whole wheat bread PB
-50g whey
Meal #2
-50g whey
-a piece of fruit (usually a big apple)
Lunch:
-at least 150g lean red meat
-lots of brown rice
-piece of fruit
Meal #4
-25g Whey
-Raw nuts/almonds
Dinner:
-at least 100g meat (usually chicken)
-lots of brown rice
Post-workout meal:
-100g dextrose
-50g whey
Meal #7:
-25g Whey with 16oz 1%milk
-2 TBSP pb
That's about it for my diet... not the best, but still it does the trick pretty well so far.

Effects in the mirror:
-Better shape, muscle definition, especially delts, lower pecs and quads
-Muscle fullness is awesome
-Vascularity is great
-Acne is bad though taking 5g B5 ED right now to take care of it, plus tanning 2x/wk
Strenght/Endurance/Libido:
one word: UP!!!!
Side effects:
-Acne
-A bit of lethargy
-Increased appetite
-Sweating like crazy
-------------------------------------
As far as supplements, still taking:
-Anabolic Innovations Cycle Support, which is great and no sign of liver damage or anything right now, bp is okay. I'm taking 2 scoops ED.
-Anabolic Innovations POST cycle support, seems to help with water even though Methyl E is not supposed to make you retain a lot, but still helps modulating estrogen via trans-resveratrol and it is a GREAT addition IMO, 4 caps ED.
-Methyl B12 (2000mcg ED) in capsules form, help A LOT with appetite!
-B5 for acne, 5g ED
-Orange Triad (6 caps ED), joint/immune system/multivitamin supplement, seems to be great but hard to comment on such a supp.
