Smile counting veggies (broccoli)

I have been hearing that you really shouldnt count your veggies in your macros..how many of you do? In my diet i eat A LOT of broccoli and i fit them in my macros. If I dont count them I am only getting in 87grams of carbs. Anyone have an opinion to this?

i think it depends of it you're trying to gain or lose, but i count everything.

I don't count veggies...if I want to tweak, I take away or add starchy veggies..I would count tomatoes and corn and stuff...and broccoli if you're eating a LOT

x2 In order to have a strong healthy body your body not only needs the right macros but vitamins and fiber etc... So the more vegies the better... Thats not to say I down a bag of potatoes on a regular basis either.
