I dont know if it was the squats or deadlifts that made my butt huge, but my butt is huge now form one or the other. And what people are saying about the genetics thing, I had the flattest pancake ass on the planet before I did squats/deadlifts. So do some squats or deadlifts and you'll get some bootilicious booty girl.

Square and lunges are the most common but I did this one legged lean over with dbs and they work like magic....
Simply grab a reasonably weight where u will be able to complete 10-12 reps for 4 sets.
Place the free hand on your hip line and have the db by your side. Bend the leg in a 90* position which the db side is(holding db in right hand, raise your right leg).
With ur back properly straighten begin to lean foward the db should follow with this motion. As u do this your planted leg should be very slightly bent, by the time u hit position hits the 100* area ur ass and hammys should be a bit tight.
Now do this carefuly and in a controlled manner, without tighten ur back muscles for assistance, use ur ass to raise to the starting position.
Do 10-12 reps on each leg, within a matter of a month my rear grew and got firmer dramatically.
