Cytolean review
I am the type of person who is willing to do the work and to make the dietary adjustments to meet my goals, but I have found that it's soooooo much easier when I have the "edge" that fat burning supplements provide. As a result, I've taken my fair share of these supplements over the years and am always looking for the newest product to try.
A little over a week ago, I began taking Cytolean by Gaspari for the first time. Since then, I've been suffering from daily fatigue and have no motivation to work out or to eat clean. For the past couple of days, it's been a challenge just to get out of bed in the morning and to stay out of bed during the day! The product advertises that it doesn't give you the "shakes, jitters, or stomach discomfort" that other products may cause. I've decided that I need the jitters... they get me up and moving, because I can't sit still. I need the stomach discomfort...that's what curbs my appetite. I have a good bit of the product left, but I'm going to the store tomorrow and am switching back to Lipo6.

Can't go wrong with Lipo-6. Worked very well for me. Have you tried the newest version of it?

i am having great success with it. It really does give me a sense of well being. It doesnt really give you the energy like venom hyperdrive did for me, but its a very effective fat burner without the side effects. Gaspari usually makes solid products.

How have you adjusted your diet since you began Cytolean?

I think my problem is the "sense of well being" that is referenced above. When I have a sense of well being, I don't want to change anything, don't want to work out, don't care what I eat. I have to have a product that makes me feel a little irritated, then I'm motivated to change; I'm motivated to work hard; I'm motivated to eat clean. I'm one of those people who works better under stress and pressure. It's just my personality type.

Hey, I see that you're with Gaspari so wanted to reply. The problem that I've had with Cytolean vs other products is that I'm still hungry, so it's hard to want to adjust my diet while taking it. Other products make me feel a little anxious and sick, so it's easy to eat clean, because I don't care about food when I feel that way.
It's not that there's a problem with your product. Most people I talk to don't like the sick feeling and jitters that other supplements cause, so Cytolean would be a good choice for them.

CNS exhaustion? Were you taking a lot of caffeine prior to trying cytolean?

No, I always drink a cup of coffee in the mornings. That's the only caffeine I have besides what is in the supplements. No problems, though, I went and got new Lipo6 today, and feel just great. It's definately my favorite!

I found the same things pretty much. I've been using BSN Hot Rox Extreme with pretty good results.
