    I'd say it depends on how many calories you are eating and whether you're getting enough cals from each macro with it in there. Honey isn't bad for you, there are just better ways to spend calories when you don't have much space to get all the nutrition you need in.

    I wouldn't think it would HAVE to be a cheat. It depends on how much your using. If your using a teaspoon or so and it fits into your calorie allotment and macros then I think it would be ok.

    Mmm I love honey. My parents own a bee business so they extract their own honey. So I have tons of the good stuff in my cupboards. I don't eat it very often (like once in a great while) because its very calorie dense. I would say definately measure it out, and if it fits in your macros then go for it. It is just another form of sugar so it will cause a rise in blood sugar.

    Oh ya, I've totally been craving a Peanut Butter and honey sandwich lately!!
    I'll take a 6 pack of abs please!!!!
