I'd probably go with 1 scoop instead of the 2 they suggest, so that you'll get 37.5g of sugar instead of 75g.

one scoop is plenty of creatine and plenty of sugar.

The creatine that is in Cell Tech is creatine monohydrate. Why don't you just buy 3 months worth of bulk creatine mono for 19.99? All that sugar is not needed.
If you want a product with some sugar and carbs, then go with size on. Size on blows away Cell Tech and is much better for you.

You're gonna hear a ton ofmuscletech bashing people. Muscletech products are generally overpriced and loaded with sugar and other not needed ingredients, and they make outrageous claims that are 100% false. (Like gaining 7pounds of muscle in 7days) this is impossible. Celltech in general isn't that bad and has good effects but its BS how muscletech advertises and makes false claims and overprices. Buy regular creatine monohydrate on BB.com its cheap as hell and produces much better results

just take 1 scoop if you got it already. otherwise, there are cheaper options out there as far as creatine goes, but it is certainly not a bad product, just a bit pricey.

well i read a lot of pros and cons about this product and most people say that it has helped them with some nice gains.. and i am in the market for a new product. I have been on some micronized creatine and i am just in the mood to try something new.. so that's why i am interested in this cell-tech. but if the sugar is not going to get me weird i wouldn't mind trying it. It's priced at 35 right now and i know its a little high but if it helps i won't mind spending the doe..

I've taken cell tech before and because I am an endomorph, that was way too much sugar for me. It is not a bad product if you are a hardgainer. I just think you would get much better results from size on.

Well unless you workout at 7 at night I think you'll be fine as far as sleeping goes. If you want to try it, then go for it. All I am saying is that you should research some other products and get some opinions on other creatine products before you make a decision. Good luck either way!

instead of looking at it as sugar....look at it as carbs. basically you are gonna want simple carbs post workout in some form, cell tech goes with simple carbs to create an insulin spike to shuttle creatine to your muscles. all the guys that use plain creatine monohydrate....most of them are mixing it in with gatorade and getting 50+ grams of sugar as well, or they are mixing it in with fruit juice that has plenty of sugar as well.
