replacement for mil press.
I dislocated my shoulder doing MP 3 weeks ago. My shoulder is almost back to normal. I dont want to push it. What would be a safe alternative for MP that hits delts good?

Do them on a Smith, you won't have to worry about stabilization.

Simple back and front seated presses with appropriate weight, lateral and front arm raises, side-lying lateral raises.
If you feel pain, you are doing too much weight, whatever exercise you finally choose to pursue.
