Question Protein Complex Carbs Fats Oh My!

I just joined and I really have wanted to start building muscle and I look and look online for help but everything is so confusing. What do you eat? How do I know I am eating enough? How many calories? I know I need to have a good ratio of compex carbs and proteins with little fat but I don't know how many calories I need for how much I work out. I lift about 5-6 times a week and normally do about 2 days of cardio. Can someone please help me?

Try visiting hotnfit.com - it has a LOT of info, from anything on how many calories you should be taking in, to nutrition plans and weight training splits. I found it very helpful. It's hard to say specifically how many calories, etc. you need without knowing more information (height, weight, activity level, to name a few things). Hope that helps though!
