Can anyone out there give me a sample diet to and some tips and guidlines to follow so I can get my body fat down from 13% to about 6%? I have been experimenting for a while now with various combinations but have not really seen any results. I have a naturally fast metabolism and I am a full time basketball player. I'm 6'3 and 197lbs. I was in great shape before my ACL injury over a year ago, and I am determined to get back to that. So if anyone can suggest a plan etc then please let me know.
