From reading your diet, I found quite a few problems.
First, Jiffy PB is loaded with hydrogenated oils. I suggest all natural pb instead, such as Laura Schutters (i believe thats how its spelled)
second, having 2 tsp of cool whip has carbohydrates. I know its probably not many, but when your trying to get into ketosis, its best to avoid sweet things.
third, in your last meal, you listed peas. Peas are pretty high in carbohydrates.
Other than that, your diet looks fine. Good luck man.

I've noticed that a keto diet usually helps you get rid of the fat quickly (about 1-2lbs a week) so in essence if you're plan stays what it is (with the little tweaks it needs) you could lose weight in march, april, may. Thats about 12 weeks. So id give you about 24lbs of fat lost. It could be more, but thats my guess. So stay strong and you'll get there.
Later- Your just jealous cause the voice talks to me!

- Why does Sea World have a seafood restaurant? Ironic?
