i picked up a can and they have 20gms of protein a tin
complex carbohydrates
0.8gms of fat
0.2gms of saturated fat
and low sugars
would you see any downsides of this
i dont mind the baked beans

the protein will not be a complete protein source. How many carbs are in a tin? Even though the can says low in sugars the vast majority of carbohydrates will be from sugar. If you like bean you would be better off buying a can of plain beans e.g. Red kidney beans
