although im not in contest prep, im just gonna be cutting in general and this was the only section i though i could get decent answeres
so for a couple months i had been planning to cut when i got back to school in january. well i went on vacation for 3 weeks right before i got back to shool and lost 3-4 lbs. im hoping its mostly water weight because i couldnt drink enough water and no creatine. i know some of its muscle cause i couldnt eat enough by far but hoping since my protein intake is still high during my cut i can get it back by muscle memory?
what do you guys suggest i do?
