Help with supps.
Im 17 years of age. 175 lbs , 1.89cm.
I have just revived Universal Animal Stack, Pak, Pump, Storm and BCCA + BSN TrueMass.. I currently use proteinpowder, fish-oil and multi-v..
I got my training and diet covered ..
I lift about 4-6 times a week + soccer 4 times a week..
Was just wondering how the best way to take my supps. ?
For ex. Both Animal Stack, Pump, Storm and BCAA + is supposed to tak pre-workout. so schould i take all at once or ?? Help me out guys ..
