    Weightlifting Compition Pleese Help

    HEY I HAVE A FOOTBALL WEIGHT LIFTING COMPETION ON THE 15TH. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW I SHOULD PREP. AND I WOULD LIKE TO GAIN A LITTLE MORE STRENGTH FOR MY MAX IF I COULD. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WAT I SHOULD TAKE FOR SUPPLEMENT ON THE CONTEST DAY AND ONE LAST THING, WHAT SHOULD I EAT BEFORE. APPEARENCE ISNT THAT BIG OF A DEAL JUST STRENGTH SINCE IT IS A MAX OUT COMPETION. JAY

    post this in the powerlifting section...i still doubt there is much they can do with such little time. The only thing I can think of is creatine supplement wise. Will put 5 or 10lbs on your max.....maybe.

    Maybe the powerlifting guys have some techniques? They know their stuff.
