Definitley wait until your atleast 21 before messing with hormonal products such as ph's and designer steroids. There are plenty of solid options out there supplement wise you could use instead (E-BOL,X-Factor,ActivaTe) and you could also add in advanced creatines such as Size ON, Clout, and Green Mag.

Oh BTW I would have to answer a question with a question if you included all the needed information in your original post
