How many calories are burned during an average workout? Just free weights and 1-2 machines. No cardio.

I realy dont think someone could answer this because it depends on alot of things. Like....
How big you are
How much muscle you have
How much you are lifting
How hard it is for you to lift
How long your resting between sets
etc etc....
I dont think there realy is a average work out. Hmmm... anyone know?

You've got to burn a couple hundred. Unless your sittin around pickin your ass in there.
But, like Woodpile said, too many factors to consider."I have killed two people since midnight. I haven't slept in over 24 hours. So maybe you should be a little more afraid of me than you are now".

After a good workout is a great time to burn fat. Your body has already used much of it's energy, now it's time to go after that stored energy(fat).
But, yeah, muscle will be affected."I have killed two people since midnight. I haven't slept in over 24 hours. So maybe you should be a little more afraid of me than you are now".
