I have noticed that ever since i started weight training, my left arm has more veins that show when im lifting than my right arm. Its weird because my right arm is stronger. I have also noticed that while lifting, if i twist my forearms i feel more resistance in my left arm from the forearm muscle. It just doesnt make sense unless somehow your smaller muscles are stronger in some cases!

Why do more veins show in my left arm, when my right arm is stronger?

strengh doesn't really have anything to do with veins sticking out, Its all about bodyfat % and vascularity.
I'm pretty strong for someone who just turned 18, and i'm pretty lean and my veins in my forearms don't really stick out,
so since your one arm has more veins then the other is just genetic really, cause lots of strong people out there who arn't fat don't have many veins sticking out.Give me your best fukin shot, cause I'll fuk you up twice as hard if you try

yup...most people werent born with identically shaped/strength muscles. my left bicep peaks higher, my left lat is smaller, more veins in my right arm etc. its normal, prob one of the most frustrating things about BBing but it hapens

Here's a thought...
trukornstar, your problem (if you want to call it that) probably has to do with uneven distribution of workload when you lift. you mentioned that your right arm is stronger but doesn't appear very vascular when you work out. veins tend to surface when extra blood is sent to whatever body part is being worked, thus giving them an engorged appearance. because your left arm is weaker, and assuming you are using proper technique, it must compensate for your stronger right arm. more blood, therefore, is being sent to your left arm to provide the oxygen it needs to keep up.
the same goes for the resistance you feel when you twist your left arm while working out. blood has also engorged the muscle bodies, which causes them to press against your skin and create that "tight" feeling.
hope that answered your question.
