How is this workout? It's kind of like the Navy Seals, but modified...

    Monday
4-4.5 mph walk for 30-45 minutes

    Tuesday
8.5 mph run for 2 miles
    25 reps 3 sets pushups
    ab work
7 reps 3 sets pull ups

    Wednesday
4-4.5 mph walk for 30-45 minutes

    Thursday
8.5 mph run for 2 miles
    25 reps 3 sets pushups
    ab work
5 reps 3 sets chin ups

    Friday
4-4.5 mph walk for 30-45 minutes

    Saturday
    HIIT

    Sunday
    Off

As the weeks go by I'll increase the miles for the 8.5 mph run. And I'll increase the reps for push ups and chin and pull ups.

    This program good to go?

Should I add weights into the game? I'm training for the USMC.
