I did a search on this and everyone said it tastes like ****e. However I didn't really see if anyone thought it was worth adding to their mix if taste wasn't an issue. Is the stuff anabolic? Anybody? Thanks.

5% doesnt taste THAT bad. First week it tastes like ass gets better as you get used to it. Milk usage highly recommended.And at 5% i dunno how effective it gets, i for one dont know if it had a very good effect I did get mighty huge but i was bulking and i had various various protein mixes.

I usually add 5-10% of super bovine to any mix. At that amount I feel that it is effective but does not adversely affect the taste of the mix. I would not recommend going any higher than 10% because it will really start to screw up the taste of your mix.

I'm currently using PF's super pro-sorben and I don't think it tastes bad at all. It takes a little getting used to, but after like the first week I've actually started craving it. I'm using vanilla flavoring and splenda for a sweetener.
