    what do u eat post workout while on keto diet?

    is there any type of whey sold with 0 carbs? or should i just down a can of tuna?

    I eat an apple right after I workout. Someone bigger may want more carbs though. Then maybe 30 mins later I have a high protein, high fat meal and some fiberous veggies.

    ISOPURE has zero carbs, it's what I use now... Taste good to me, but i know others on the board that didn't like it. Some people think it's overpriced, but I get a 20% discount so it's cool.
    Some say it's a waste, but I've made good gains.

    ANYWAY, Isopure has zero carbs. That answers the question. Do a search on the boards if you want more info on it.
