Well right now i'm 8 1/2 weeks out from a Natural Competition called the Texas Shredder Classic put on by the WNBF champion Dave Goodin in Austin Texas, I thought I'd post my diet to see if anyone wanted to look at it:
Layne "str8flexed" Norton helped me with my diet of 250g Protein and 150g carbs and 45g Fat per day and on my Leg day which is Wednesday I up it to 400g Carbs and lower Protein to 150g for my high carb day, here's what I've been eating on my normal days: 2,100 Calories
8:00 AM - 1 Cup Oatmeal, 4 egg whites 1 yolk
10:30AM - Banana
12:00 NOON - 186gram Chicken Breast, 1 1/2 Cup Rice, 1 Cup Broccoli
1:30 PM - Workout
3:00 PM - Pro Blend 55g Protein, 5g Creatine, 30g Dextrose
7:30 PM - 2 Packs Tuna, 2 Tblspoon peanut butter, 2 tblspoon cottage cheese
Bettime - 55g Protein Shake, 2 spoon PB, 2 spoon Cottage cheese
On my High Carb day I pretty much stick to the same plan but I add pasta in with each meal to up the number of carbs.
I have a few more variations of this plan as well.

One thing I would adjust. Your carb timing.
Do it like this if you can ...
15% of carbs at breakfast
40% pre workout
40% post workout (half of these should be in the form of a shake, the other half should be from solid food about 45 minutes after your shake)
the other 5% should come from veggies and salads thoughout the day.
This way you have periods of low insulin where fat burning rates will be rather high, interspersed with short periods of high insulin at times of stress to counter act catabolic hormones and spare muscle tissue and prevent protein oxidation. At your carb meals keep fat as low as possible.
Peace
