    i think that has to do with how fast your straighting your legs out. maybe u should straighten them alittle faster.. i just started deadlifting sumo style and love it.. the way my body is i'm much more suited for sumo i never felt right deadlifting normal.

    Dried blood on a barbell from some random gym member who just happened to scrape his shins while deadlifting is NOT something you want to come into contact with your skin. I wear sweat pants whenever I have to deadlift.
