STone Cold Steve Austin
This is kind of a stupid thread but oh well
did anyone caught when SCSA was talking on the ring he mentioned WWF instead of WWE? Also I really thought SCSA looked like he gained quite a bit of muscle during his layoff of wrestling. He looked huge last night....

Yeah, Who was the guy on here saying he was going to be out of shape?
Are you kidding.. Besides his knees, he is in EXCELLENT shape.. His arms look alot more defined than they used to be...especially his tris..
Thank God he is back.. I had no idea how much I missed him.

I read in RAW magazine that all he did was lift with a personal trainer while he was away. He bulked up to 280lbs and at the same time his bf% went down (can you say steroids?) Then he cut down to 265lbs and lowered his bf% even more. Something like 6%.

Yea I noticed both of them. In the Raw Magazine they had an article about him working out and stuff.

you see that's just it
people have the attitude that Austin can now walk out of work whenever he wants
that's about the most ****ed up thing since the last time a woman wrestler took a solid chair shot from a man.....
No-Dope-Crew.
here's something more constructive
I helped a guy gain 1/4" on his biceps with 1 workout, and it was definatly volume training
eat that you buncha HIT nazi's
(also helped Jesin gain 6/10 " and Q gained 1/10th", also DoctorX2k2 gained 1/4")
-unrelated bicep comment-
and btw, I can Hammer Curl the 120's dangit!
March: 275+
April: 265
May: 260
June/July/August: 255
Late Sept: 245 (all +/- 2 lbs)

Its good to have SCSA back in the WWE. Physique looks good. Then again if your a bodybuilder at heart (and for all his faults that what Mr Williams (Austin) is then given nearly a year off, you hit the gym and eleviate some of that pressure on you. Ironically enough when most people return to the WWE after a long layoff they seem to be packing more muscle eg:
HHH: about 25 lbs more muscle when return in 2002 RR (admitedly his performances have suffered as a result though)
Hogan: When Hogan faced Rock at WM 18 he looked way bigger and more ripped than he last did in WWF or WCW).
Obviiously 'juice' does play a part but as a guy who has trained as a pro wrestler (and waiting to resume training), it is very difficult to train ,wrestler and bodybuild all in the same week, eventually the body does suffer a little, size and cuts wise.

Well he didnt get that muscle from bending his arm drinking beer, or beating his wife.. he must have found time in there to lift some weight

i dont care if he gets bigger as long as his ring work doesn't drop. Like say....*cough* HHH *cough*.

Its so true about HHH matches sucking so bad after gaining those xtra lbs. I remember like 2 or 3 years ago HHH VS Cactus Jack no rules match, that **** was awesome and it lasted like 40 minutes. I have to admit though HHH VS Shawn Michaels at summer slam was a very good match.

no way is steve austin 265 or 280lbs, wrestlers lie all the time about their weight, just like we did in high school playing football or wrestling. he said his arms are barely over 18'', and he's 6'2, my arms are 17.5'', and i'm 210lbs, no way is he that heavy.

Ok Austin does look bigger but I doubt he would do Roids knowing that he is old and that his neck did bother him. He probably knew he wasn't goin to be around for a long time

I was waiting for Stone Cold to stun Goldberg before they started drinking at the beer bash. I hope it happens at least once. Goldberg needs to lighten his character up a little. You can't be a badass with everyone all the time, especially Austin, cause that rattlesnake does bite...

Yeah Austin is DEF bigger. A lot of guys are getting bigger. Taker is gettinn huge, well b4 he left 4 surgery. But NO WAY Austin is 285. That would make him 5lbs lighter than Brock. And Austin is a bit shorter than him so he would look bigger than Brock....Austin=Not 285

Kane lies about his weight. Austin wasn't 280, because Kane is only 280.
