I'm in a 12 week contest at my local gym. They measure by most weight and body fat % lost. Right now it is only day 3, so I have plenty of time. I put on 8 pounds of extra water weight and some milk and pizza to boost some bloating, one hour before the phone and weigh in. I was pale white and hairy as hell, so I looked depressed and crapped in my before pic... About me: I'm 22, weighed 222 at weigh in. I had a muscular build about 4 months ago, but threw it away by drinking beer non stop. I have never had 6 pack abs, but am completely committed to this now. I have endless suppliments saved up (ex GNC worker). Soo enough about me. Heres what I'm doing..
8:00AM Take Tri Methly Lean (1), Amino 1000 (3)
8:30AM 1hr. Cardio, either Stairstepper, Treadmill or Elliptical.
9:40AM 2 Scoops of Protein, 1/2 cup Oatmeal, Fish Oil, Multivitamin
12:00PM 3 Cups salad w/ 2oz. Tuna, 4oz. Green Pepper, 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 oz. Chicken Breast
2:30PM 4oz. Chicken Breast, 1/2 Cup mixed Vegetables, Multi and Fish Oil.
3:15PM 1 Scoop of Xyience NoXCG3
3:30PM Lift Weights. (45 minutes)
4:20PM 2 Scoops of Protein, 1/2 Cup Oatmeal. Fish Oil
5:45PM 4oz. Chicken Breast, 1/2 Cup Mixed Vegetables, Multi and Fish Oil.
7:00PM 12 oz. fat free, sugar free yogurt.
8:15PM 1 cup of egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 8oz. Vegetable Juice.
9:30PM 1 Hard Boiled Egg, 2oz. Tuna
Thats pretty much the diet, I'm having trouble getting enough calories in, I want to eat completely healthy, but not sure what I can take, taste doesn't really matter to me. All I care about is winning and being in top shape. Oh and right now after 2 days of cardio and dieting, I weigh 215lbs. Any changes I need to make or any advice would be helpful.
