I think i might have some water retention going on and need to get ripped for a photoshoot. I have some lasix, a total of 80mg. i shouldn't need more than a dose of 20mg, maybe 2x/day. My question is should i do it the day before or a couple of days before the photoshoot. The shoot is at 2pm.

One more thing, anyone thinking of using lasix: Just so you know, it is a potassium wasting diuretic so you need to make sure you are upping your potassium intake to avoid dangerous heart arrythmias. Just a quick FYI.

lasix is a very fast acting diuretic. So I wouldn't use it until the day of the shoot. You might want to do a small dose a couple of days prior to see just how quickly it starts to work in your system being that everyone's body reacts differently to diuretics. Then you can guage roughly how many hours before the shoot would be the most effective. And as you noted, be sure to up your potassium with it. And it wouldn't hurt to have a little fast acting sugars while it's taking effect.
