Hey all,
I'm currently in the process of bulking but when I start to cut which will be in 2-3 weeks, what do you guys recommend for getting rid of stubborn fat?
I do morning cardio on a empty stomach
I have some Ephedrine in the drawer which I haven't touched
I already eat fruits (strawberries and bananas)
I have Flax / Fish oil
I have 23lbs of lean chicken breast
For supps i'm currently taking
No-Xplode
CellMass
Syntha-6
ON's 100% Whey (1 scoops of each protein in a shake = really freaking good)
Universal Animal Pak
Just wondering what are some of your guys tricks or things you guys would recommend
Thanks

I've got the same problem
I've got the same problem. I am currently doing cardio. You see, I go out on bike for about 3 or 4 hours some days and others I lift some weights and walk in a machine in my house (is summer where I live, and the sun is really strong so going out every day is insane).
I'm 176 cm tall ( 5' 9'' ) and I weight 82-83 kg (about 187 lbs).
I lost 3 kg the last month, ¡but now I'm starving! Really. And it seems I stopped losing fat. Anyway, going out so much should give some results at the end of the month.
Do you have some advice?
Well, good bye. And good luck.
Sorry about my bad english.

I have some lower abdominal fat also but instead of continuing to cut I decided to bulk. Since I started bulking I have noticed I look a lot more lean in the midsection and my lowest 2 abdominal muscles are finally becoming visible. I know this isn't for everyone but when I finally hit that plateau this has been working well.
