DB Benches vs BB Benches & Cable Fly vs DB Flys

Can some please fully tell my the difference between the 2 of them and witch one is better. Compare the 2 of them together, like what will give you more strenght and mass. And the pros and cons of each please. Also can some one tell the difference betwenn Cable flys and DB flys. Thanks. I'm thinking of just doing....

    DB Incline
    DB Flat
    Cable flys

    DB presses

give you a greater range of motion.....
db flies are with free weights, which gets you tom use stabilizer muscles.
I would do something like this:

    DB incline presses
bb bench press/ alternate with db bench press
decline db press/ alternate with weighted dips
    incline db flies

do each for heavy 2 sets of 4-6 reps, and try to go to failure.

The one thing I like about cable flies is that resistance is applied at the most important point, which is right before your arms meet. Any DB flies you miss this crucial resistance. Although DB flies work the muscles near and under the anterior deltoid, they don't very well work the inner pecs. As for bench, I alternate 4 wek intervals between BB, DB, and smith machine. DB bench will work more inner pecs, shoulders, lats, and even serratis anterior (finger-like muscles between obliques and abs).
every bb dies, but not every bb lives, you only got one chance to make something out of our bodies...brothers lets make it count
