today, for fun, i figured id try to bench 820.....KG!!!for fun, and i managed to pull out 3 reps!!!!!!
ok no, for real:
ok, so i used to do german volume training, but went back (even though i pretty much started with gvt) to normal 3-4 sets of 6-12 reps.......
and for those who dont know, gvt is 10 sets of 10 reps.....
so i used to bench from anywhere from 70-90 lbs......and ow, in my new routine, i can only bench 100 for like 5-7 reps for 3-4 sets....WTF?@!?!?!?!hows that possible?maybe i should just keep staking?
whats happened? i gained quit a bit in mass though......
any ideas?thnx
