I'm currently 16,, and i'm doing a teen competition Aug 9.. i am 5'9, and weigh around 167.. i'm pretty cut right now.. it'll be my first contest.. what are some main things i can do to prepare for the contest? theres no weight bracket,, you gotta just go out there looking your best.. what do yous suggest I do?
also what are some things i should buy to obtain some goals need to do good for this contest, such as sups, tanning-and how long before should i start? and anything else.. i currently take whey protein, Creatine, and glutamine, and glucosamine for my joints.
