I've been taking creatine for about a month now and have seen some pretty decent results in terms of strength and energy. However, I'm not a big fan of the Water Retention and the Bloating effects. I've heard that drinking a lot of water helps alleviate this? Is this true? How does that work and does anyone know of any other type of ways to get away from this retention?
Increasing your water intake will reduce bloating. But don't forget that bloating is the key factor of creatine. If you're not bloated, it's probably not working.
