protein after cardio?

after lifting ill have 8oz of chocolate soymilk. I split my workouts so i do cardio in the afternoon/early evening. my question is, should i have another glass after my cardio session?

If you are lifting heavy, here is a better approach:

1) use whey or soy protein and mix it with your soymilk
2) eat a bannana after the workout
3) have yogurt before or after the workout
4) have strawberries, rasberry or black berries just before the workout

And drink plenty of water too... During and after the workout...
