so i have a 1 hour brake from one class to another, and thats not enough time to get to the gym on campus change and do both quads and hamstrings at once. I was wondering if working quads then taking about a 40 minute to 1 hour brake then doing hamstrings be ok? or would i be risking injury or anything im not aware of?
And i cant do the them all after my last class, well i could but i would have to cut back on some exercises cause i have to be somewhere within a hour.
Thanks for the help.

Most people train what the can see in the mirror. Chest before back, anterior delts before posterior delts, abs before lower back, quads before hamstrings, etc. If you always prioritize what you can see in the mirror, what is going to happen to your posterior chain (what you can't see in the mirror)?

Quads
Squat 4 sets, first 3 are 8-10 reps, last one is 20 reps
Leg Press 4 sets, first 3 are 8-10 reps, last one is 20 reps
Leg Extensions 4 sets, first 3 are 8-10 reps, last one is 20 reps
Hamstrings
Leg curl 3 sets 8-10 reps
Good Mornings 3 sets 8-10 reps
SLDL 3 sets 8-10 reps
Ive been switching leg presses for front squats and then other weeks just doing 7 or 8 sets or squats to change it up. Ive been doing the last set of 20 reps for a month now and i find it wastes my legs after im done. seems to be working well.
