my keto comeback
well, after failing at my first attempt at my keto diet due to dysfunctional thyroid and adrenal glands im going to give it another shot, today was the first day back, im going 6 days on, 1 day off, with 3 days of lifting and 3 days cardio, heres what i ate today:
3 eggs, 1 tbsp butter 24g fat,18g protein,2g carbs, 310 cals
tuna, 1 oz cheese, 2 tbsp corn oil 21g F, 28g P, 1g C, 425 cals
*gatorade, protein shake w/milk 2g F, 31g P, 32g C, 270 cals
lemon-garlic butter salmon steak 40g F, 23g P, 0g C, 400 cals
2 tbsp butter, 1 chicken breast 55g F, 60g P,0g C, 600 cals
*=post workout shake
Total ---->1278 fat cals, 640 protein cals, 140 carb cals
making it 62/31/7 for fat/protein/carbs
tommorow ill try to balance out protein/fat a bit more

with a dysfunctional thyroid I would consider maybe some t-2 to aid in getting it boosted.
