    Question How many grams of fat/peanut butter

    about how many <b>grams</b> of fat should one consume in a day? How much peanut butter should one eat in a day without putting on fat? I do no really have many high fat foods in my diet and was looking to put some in there since i now know it is good for you.

    depends on the total calories. Pb is a very good healthy fat, just don't over do it. As long as it fits in your macros it is good to consume

    well supposedly i need 2100calories to function, so i guess based on a 2500 calorie diet

    Ok Well If You Need 2500 And The Avrage Person Needs 20% Cals From Fats 2500 Tims .20 Equals 500 Cals From Fats, This Is Off Topic But What Method Or Calculator Did You Use To Find Your Cals Needed??
