How to get 6pack if you're already skinny.. dont want to loose weight!

I am 18 years old, 5'6", only about 105 lbs? I'm sorta skinny...

I do have a bit of muscle around my body but my 6 pack dont show at all... Just a regular not fat but not good looking stomach.

All the articles I raed online says loose body fat so your 6 pack can show...

Also most say that 6 packs come from diet not excercise.

What do you guys reccomend? Do I actually want to loose body fat? I'm actually trying to gain some weight not loose it but I want my stomach to look better.

    Any tips would be helpful.

    two words.......train abs
They aren't going to show if there isn't anything there so I would suggest a basic program such as this one:

    Crunches 2x25
    Leg Raises 2x20
    Bicycle Curls 2x20

Just a quick workout feel free to totally disregard. Do a search also around the site to find other threads and stuff.

you are sufficiently small that it would be best to bulk to gain your abs. bulk slowly, work all parts hard, and they should pop out over time.

2 sets was just a starter, I have no idea how experienced/inexperienced he was. You can do how ever many you want I guess I usually stick with 3 or 4. Bicycle Crunches is what I call them, they are a basic crunch except you take your right rist and touch your left knee and vice versa with the other side. They help to work the obliques.

oh yeah if you want big abs go heavy like any other muscle and also do some reps in the 12-25 range that take you to near failure but not quite to but if you just feel a little burn keep going. Don't go for the burn although in the higher rep stuff you will most likely get it. If not, don't worry about it.
