hey masterbates, post some pictures of you and we'll see who's body comes out on top, only people laughing are the ones who can't back their **** up, the ones who can back their **** up are supportive. redrabbit, i don't know what exactally you're looking for, whether we suggest you bulk or cut, but if your goal is to "get fit" then i'm guessing you want to lose some fat, so focus on this task, from there, build up.

o that was him? depends on peeps though, i think he said he had low bf.....but from pics i think he could loose some. do cardio, then bulk up.(like i said) but i dont see titties...i only see a bit o fat around belt, not chest.(well, i looked at pics a while back for first reply, ill check again)

Screw cutting, start bulking ASAP. Eat anything and Everything in sight, screw a clean bulk...you need size. To get mass quick as possiple you need to powerlift with bodybuilding principles. Train like a bodybuilder...but lift like a powerlifter. That will force your muscles to grow in accordance to your eating habits. Then when you gain about 20 pounds or so...even if alot of it is fat and water weight...as long as you have got some bulk to you...switch to a clean bulk and start a body building workout. I wouldn't suggest supplementing until after your first bulk...so your body will get used to the heavy weight and wont be dependent on all that other junk.
Knowing whats it like going from life to death and back to life is the ultimate question in favor....who wants to try it?...........

Ahh i looked alot like you about 3months, ago now im going good, msg me if u need some advice from a younger fellow
And yes i have nipples like that, but my pec's are great, im thinking gyno, just because theres a hard not sort of not big or n e thing sort of small, but when i lay down and dont tense up, i can feal it on both.

Supplements are junk? Supplements are derived from food.
Rabbit-- I think you should bulk first, but bulk clean, stick to your plans yesterday. You dont have a very musuclar build right now and if u cut you are just gonna look skinny. BULK CLEAN, then get cut up in about 6 monthes. Peace

I understand what you're all saying but i'd firstly like to lose weight so i look quite nicely shaped - and no i wont be skinny. I know what skinny looks like.
I dont want to bulk because #1 i cant afford it and #2 i dont want to put on more weight. I really do want to get rid of this weight that im carrying.
I said i have bitch tits - but would NEVER ever ever consider surgery. It would take a lot for me to turn to drugs as well. I'd much rather drop my bf% and see how it goes.
Remember my goals:
Drop my bf% and then maybe bulk from a clean body.
Also, what does CLEAN BULK mean? Does it mean to bulk but eat the right foods as opposed to any junk food?

you got it redrabbit, it means making sure your carbohydrates come from things like oatmeal, rice, pasta, and wheat, making sure your fats come from nuts, seeds, flax oil, olive oil, fish oil, etc. and protein comes from high quality, lean sources, doing this, you'll gain the most possible muscle (in my opinion, more so than a junk riden bulk) and if you do it right, you probably won't see much of a change in your current bodyfat. this type of bulk ensures that the most possible nutrents are diverted to your muscle (since junk food is harder to process, and have less of a positive effect) and (hopefully) less to fat.
