    Question sore shoulders

    I have been training over a year and my shoulders have never been sore before and ideas . the other body parts get sore but the shoulders have never been.Do they ever get sore?

    Yes, they get sore. They are muscles, just like any other muscles; they get sore. What kinds of exercise do you do for your shoulders?
