I use Purple-K on workout days and Scifit Kre-Alkalyn powder on off days. 2 Purple-K capsules before and after workout and on Off days 1 teaspoon of Scifit Kre-Alkalyn Powder(Which equals 2-2.5grams of Kre-Alk). Do not worry about the powder it is completely tasteless and has no smell.

How much is the recommended dose I should take during on-days and off-days? Would it be the same as with Creatine Monohydrate?

I'd recommend Millenium Sports Kreaceps

Just out of curiosity. They claim that one gram of kre is actually like ingesting 10 grams of mono. Any validity to that claim at all?

Not much science to back it up.
But from anecdotal opinions, it most certainly seems that way.

So it doesn't matter which is purchased, only as long as it contains the "Kre-Alkalyn (Buffered Creatine US Patent # 6,399,661)" ingredient?
