I just started weightlifting about two weeks ago and I'm having a lot of fun with it, but I feel really stupid being the only guy my age at the gym who's overweight and not on an excercise bike (although I do do a lot of cardio), all the beginner's articles I've seen at bodbuilding.com or any where else on the web are geered towards skinny guys trying to bulk up. I would like to be big, but I have this feeling that I should give up on lifting for a while, and lose all this fat before I start bodybuilding. I'm thirteen and the size of a slightly chubby 15 year old, I'm not that fat, but I don't really play sports or anything. What should I do, and does anyone know the quickest way to get off all this fat? Are their any supplements I should take or something, please help.
