Yeah, when i "search" maybe i would find this forum with no answer. then if i had the same question i would have to make another post. would it be to much trouble for people to take the 10 seconds to answer such a simple question?

If a company sold creatine with a creatine transport system Ie. Cell-Tech, then it would be wise to show studies showing how using your own sugar would not work. It is not effective is what the makers try and prove. But as real world results go, I made better gains off my own creatine and sugar mixtures than I ever did off of the Cell-tech or any other Normal creatine companies.
Now I heard good things about SWOLE and other products like it, But I will say Using sugar and creatine gave me pumps like crazy, mabey I am sensetive to it or it simply works well. But if swole would make it more pumped I can't take it due to the fact that my arms would explode.
Use your kool aid but add extra sugar to it. I would take in an extra 60 grams of sugar, to my koolaid and feel it work. Just limit your Carb intake after you take it. Take it after your workouts.
