    Droppin pound and looking for the right protein

    im lossing some weight for football mainly to get faster, i am currently 225lbs, and about 5'10, at around 18% BF(This is From the Tanita Scale). and im going to buy a new protein i was wondering what kind is good when ur trying to cut some weightand gain lean mass, while eliminating fat gains.
    i got 99 problems by my bench aint one!

    First off you're 5'10" and 225 lbs while having a considerably low body fat percentage for that amount of weight and height at only 15 years old, how the hell are you so big yet not very fat? And buying protein is not a guarrentee you will lose fat, protein has calories 4 calroies per gram so if you eat too much of it you will get fat, as well as other health problems. So like anyother time you plan on cutting limit your calories to around maintance and burn the rest off by doing cardio.
