Dude, you're 5'8" 118lbs and still growing! (Your test levels are on top of the world) What are you worried about??? If you train heavy, keep hydrated, get enough rest, and stay active, then you can just eat however much you want man. You'll be the hulk in notime! In fact, go eat 5 cheeseburgers right now, fill your bathtub up with green paint and dive in. Then rip off your shirt and run around slamming things with your fists and consume every piece of meat in sight.

That Made me laugh lol Def. reps for that, yea Im actually 125 now maybe more. I went to new york and did just that ate what ever i wanted i think it was a little to much junk food and not enough clean foods though, i mean like 3 pieces of pie them some cake and some chips and stuff lmao but now im eating clean from now on. I just through out the rest of the the cheese cake in my fridge along with other stuff like cinnamon sugar grahm crackers and the rest of that M&M trail mix. so now its going to be eating clean and how ever much i want cause if i eat clean foods i dont have to worry about getting 6000 calories in one day and itll all be going towards repair! lol

Excellent plan. Eat a lot of clean calories, train hard and expect success. Treat yourself though, once a week feel free to dirty up your calories. Try to dirty up your calories without sugar, but definitely get some sugar if that's what your craving, it wouldn't be a treat day unless you ate what you wanted. For the rest of the week, try making foods that seem like cheats...but are actually made up of clean calories. Examples you say??? Alrighty!!!
Instead of
Ice cream - Edy's Slow Churned No Sugar Added Ice Cream. Not a lot of sugar, tastes excellent, good source of fiber. Try it out!
Macaroni and cheese - Whole wheat macaroni with nonfat or cottage cheese
Sugary Roasted Nuts - Toast whole almonds (or nut of choice) and top with splenda
Frappes - Protein milkshake! (I think we all know this one by now)
Candy - Plenty of fruit
Storebought trail mix - Make your own with whole nuts and dried fruit
Protein bars - Not so bad storebought but def try making your own!
Fast food burgers - Buy lean red meat or turkey and make your own!
White Bread - Whole wheat bread
Hamburger helper - Whole wheat pasta with lean meat
Doughnuts - Sugar free whole grain muffins
Potato chips - light popcorn or baked tortilla chips
Whole milk - Simply Smart lowfat milk
Soda - Diet soda/crystal light/flavored water
Butter - Promise fatfree butterspread
Sugar - Splenda
Pudding/Jello - Fatfree/sugar free jello/pudding
French fries - Cut up sweet potatoes into fry shape and bake on baking sheet
There are tons of other ways to eat cheat like foods. It feels like you're cheating when you're actually eating whole foods and clean calories. Gotta love that! Best of luck man!

I wouldn't say that you should bring your own chicken breast, just because you should incorporate red meat into your diet. A couple of burgers isn't a bad thing by any means. Personally, I would go, eat the burgers and save my chicken breast for another time. Maybe bring some whole wheat buns if you could, but they're not necessary either. Again, you just need to lift heavy and eat heavy.

First of all, trail mix is pretty healthy. Second of all 2 slices of pizza provides you with some high impact carbs and protein. Third of all, enjoy the burgers! Eat them and save your chicken breast! Eat your chicken later, and then eat cleaner. But at your age, with your test levels, training hard + lots of food (ANY FOOD!) = great gains

and if your worried about the GI of the white burger bun, just remember the meat contains protein/fat and will affect the rate of digestion for the bun. Don't worry about it.

Restricting calories will do more harm than good, but eating healthy is important too. You just have to find a balance.

But yea i restricted myself so much that after i started recovery i couldnt stop eating junk food when i started because i deprived myself of it for sooooo long.
