I understand the main concern is will power, people going back to their original eating habits and gaining it all back. But what if you actually stick to it? Are there downsides other than muscle loss?

Crash is too generic a word - you mean big calorie deficit?
It's doable - IF you know what you're doing AND you can handle it OR morbidly obese. I suggest buying Lyle Mcdonald's "muscle sparing" rapid fat loss book. For most people they can't w/o cheating - so 500-700 calories is ideal.Last edited by RocknRollMuscle; 09-06-2013 at 03:44 PM.
Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto combined with 16/8 IF. It'll create easy calorie deficit. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.
