    i have been using the eca stack for the past 2 month and no longer feel the effects,

    should i change to another stimulant fatburners or come off them completely?


    please help , still got plenty of fat to lose

    Yeah. Some will say that EC actually works better (i.e. less stressful on the heart, etc.) when you don't "feel" it anymore. You are still getting the benefits of the 1-3% increase in your metabolism.

    I preffer 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off so I keep the stimulant effect, keeps me going through the day.

    Just don't up the dosage just because you don't feel it anymore as this can be dangerous, it's still working to raise your metabolism like Nithos said.
