Well I can tell we have similar fitness goals. I just looked up Ava Cowan ...wow. To achieve that look you need a pretty low bf and muslces.
Well I would say you need to clean up your diet. Start small, instead of gronola bars go to oatfashion whole grain oatmeal. The junk food GOTS TO GO. Your diet is 80% of it. Also you need to get on a more structured wieght lifting program. TRUST me from Ava's pics she hits the wieghts hard and eats well. Look at others journal (mine has details on workout but not on actually on what I eat) .
Examples of what you should be eating:
Egg whites , old fashion oatmeal, whey protein shakes, LEAN meats (fish, ground turkey, EXTRA lean ground beef) , fat free cottage cheese etc..
Just start reading around in the female bb sections and you will get the hang of it. Good luck.
